Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to supply and deliver uniforms and related apparel items to Phoenix Community Health Centre in KwaZulu-Natal. Scope

The items are intended for different categories of staff such as medical personnel, security personnel, porters, waste management staff, and administrative officers, with specified sizes, materials, and standards as detailed in the specifications.

Technical Requirements

• All items must conform to the detailed specifications provided, including material composition, color, size, and style.
• Items must meet the quality standards specified, such as good quality, durability, and compliance with relevant standards (e.g., SABS).
• Uniforms should be made from specified fabrics (e.g., polycotton, acrylic, leather) and feature the required design elements (e.g., pockets, zippers, epaulettes).
• All garments must be properly packaged, labeled, and delivered within the stipulated timeframes.
• Samples may be required upon request for quality verification.
• Items must be delivered to the designated delivery point at the health centre or as specified.
• Suppliers must provide documentation including compliance certificates, specifications, and proof of quality standards.
