Technical Requirements

The service provider must:

  • Use best practice norms and standards, ensuring advice is independent, valid, reliable, and based on credible survey data from both public and private sectors.
  • Demonstrate experience with at least five completed Total Rewards projects, with verifiable reference letters.
  • Have personnel with relevant South African Reward Association designations:
    • Project Leader: Master Reward Specialist
    • Two Reward Specialists: Reward Specialist designation
  • Provide comprehensive CVs and supporting documentation for all key personnel.
  • Ensure deliverables include detailed reports, presentations, and skills transfer sessions.
  • Adopt a project management approach with clear activities, timelines, and stakeholder engagement.
