The primary objective of this tender is to procure professional food photography and videography services to support Air Chefs’ marketing, communications, and business development activities. These services will be utilized across various divisions, including airline catering, lounge catering, corporate canteen, and events, on an as-needed basis over a period of twenty-four months.

The scope encompasses the provision of high-quality food photography and videography services tailored to enhance Air Chefs’ promotional and communication efforts. The services are required across multiple divisions and locations nationwide, with the flexibility to engage on an as-needed basis throughout the contract duration.

The services include, but are not limited to:

• Capturing professional images of food items for marketing and promotional use
• Producing engaging food-related videos for various communication channels
• Supporting marketing campaigns, corporate communications, and business development initiatives

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements specify that the service provider must:
