Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure statutory first aid training services for SANPC Ogies, ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and enhancing the first aid capabilities of the organization.

Scope

The scope encompasses the provision of comprehensive statutory first aid training to SANPC Ogies staff. The training must meet all legal and regulatory requirements and include relevant practical and theoretical components. The SANPC reserves the right to negotiate with bidders before or after award and to select a service provider based on responsiveness, technical capability, price, and B-BBEE status.

Technical Requirements

• Provision of statutory first aid training aligned with South African health and safety legislation.
• Training must be delivered by accredited providers with proof of accreditation.
• Training content should include both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
• Training sessions should be scheduled to accommodate SANPC operational needs.
• Bidder must demonstrate experience in delivering similar first aid training services.
• Compliance with the National Treasury’s Central Supplier Database registration requirements.
• Submission of valid BBBEE certificates or sworn affidavits to claim preference points.

Skills Requirements

• Qualified and accredited first aid trainers with relevant certifications.
• Experience in delivering statutory first aid training to organizations in South Africa.
