Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to supply and deliver water treatment plant chemicals to support operations in the Eastern region over a period of twenty-four (24) months, as and when required. Technical Requirements

• Provision of water treatment chemicals that meet the specifications outlined in the bidding documents.
• Supplies must be new, unused, and incorporate recent design and material improvements unless otherwise specified.
• All chemicals must be suitable for use in water treatment processes, ensuring safety, efficacy, and compliance with relevant standards.
• Packaging must prevent damage or deterioration during transit, with appropriate markings and documentation.
• Suppliers must provide necessary documentation, including delivery notes, manuals, and certificates of conformity.
• Inspections, tests, and analyses may be required to verify compliance with contract requirements, with costs borne as specified in the conditions.
• Insurance coverage for goods during transportation and storage is mandatory.
• Suppliers may be required to provide incidental services such as installation, commissioning, technical assistance, training, and maintenance support.
