Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure services for draining and unblocking septic tanks at GAMALAKHE CHC and attached clinics. The scope includes cleaning, chemical dosing, and maintenance of septic tanks, drains, and sewer lines to ensure proper sanitation and environmental safety.

Scope

The scope encompasses:

• De-sludging and emptying of septic tanks, pipes, and drains as needed.
• Monthly dosing with environmentally friendly Bio-enzyme chemicals to promote solids breakdown.
• Insertion of Bio-bricks every 90 days into tanks.
• Supply, delivery, and application of approved Bio-enzyme chemicals in powder, liquid, and brick forms for septic tanks and drains.
• Unblocking sewerage lines, tanks, and drains.
• Provision of staff, protective clothing, and reporting requirements.

Technical Requirements

The technical specifications include:

• Use of environmentally friendly Bio-enzyme chemicals (powder, liquid, and bricks) for septic tanks and drains.
• Monthly dosing with 1 kg of Bio-enzyme powder per clinic.
• Insertion of Bio-bricks every 90 days into tanks.
• Emptying and unblocking sewer lines, tanks, and drains as needed.
• Provision of safety data sheets and technical documentation with tender submission.
• Adherence to safety, confidentiality, and conduct standards for personnel.

Skills Requirements
