The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider or a consortium of service providers to supply, package, label, and distribute 4042 coding and robotics kits to Grades 7-9 learners across all nine provinces over a period of six months. Additionally, the tender aims to facilitate a one-day centralized face-to-face training session for selected coding and robotics officials to ensure proper utilization of the provided resources.

The robotic kits must meet the following technical specifications:
The kits must demonstrate the ability to perform tasks such as sensing and following a line, detecting contact, sound, and light, and reacting accordingly. The kits should be supported by manuals and software compatible with Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems. The robot must be capable of performing specific tests, including line following, sound detection, light detection, and obstacle avoidance.
