The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to maintain the Solaris Mini-cluster S7-2 environment for a period of 36 months. The goal is to ensure continuous, reliable, and comprehensive hardware and software support for the critical Sales Processing System (SPS) environment, which operates on Oracle Sun Solaris engineered mini-cluster servers. The maintenance aims to minimize downtime, support system upgrades, and ensure optimal performance of the Solaris environment.
