Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure garden and grounds maintenance services at Amaoti Clinic for a duration of six months. The service aims to ensure the upkeep, safety, and aesthetic appeal of the clinic's outdoor areas, including lawn mowing, pruning, weed control, waste removal, and general landscaping maintenance.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Maintenance of all garden areas within the property boundary
• Mowing of grassed areas and nature strips
• Removal of rubbish and debris from all areas
• Sweeping and blowing pathways, gutters, and driveways
• Trimming and pruning of trees and shrubs
• Removal and replacement of fallen or dead plants and trees
• Weed removal and weed control
• Washing paved areas, waiting areas, chairs, drains, and gutters
• Planting flowers and maintaining landscaped areas
• Cleaning and maintenance of wheelchairs and state vehicles
• Monitoring and maintaining staff parking and waste management
• Site clean-up and periodic replanting as needed

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements specify:

• Adherence to safety standards, including submission of Job Safety Analyses and Material Safety Data Sheets
• Use of specified machinery and chemicals, such as grass cutters, high-pressure cleaners, and weed killers
• Compliance with environmental and health regulations
• Provision of qualified personnel trained in horticultural and safety procedures
• Regular maintenance and inspection of equipment
• Proper waste disposal and site cleanliness during and after work

Skills Requirements

The bidder must demonstrate:
