The primary objectives of the tender are to advertise one (1) position in a Sunday newspaper in colour, with an advert size of 12x3, to effectively promote the specified position and ensure visibility to the target audience. Additionally, the tender aims to select a suitable service provider capable of delivering high-quality advertising services that meet the specified technical and compliance standards.
