Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider responsible for the emptying of sewerage collection points and conducting ad-hoc high-pressure cleaning of sewer lines over a period of 36 months. The service aims to ensure effective maintenance and cleanliness of sewer and stormwater pipelines, septic tanks, and pump stations to prevent blockages and overflows.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Emptying of sewerage collection points such as septic tanks and pump stations using vacuum trucks.
• High-pressure jetting and cleaning of sewer and stormwater pipelines during weekdays, after hours, weekends, and public holidays.
• Transport and disposal of sludge and waste at designated disposal sites.
• Ad-hoc cleaning activities as required over the 36-month period.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements specify that the service provider must:

• Use vacuum trucks for pump-out operations of septic tanks and pump stations.
• Employ high-pressure jetting trucks for pipeline cleaning, with rates applicable for different times (weekday, after hours, weekends, public holidays).
• Include transportation costs in disposal activities.
• Provide detailed breakdowns of services upon request.
• Ensure all disposal activities are conducted at approved disposal sites, with appropriate disposal fees.

Skills Requirements
