The primary objective of this tender is to establish a panel of qualified service providers to supply plant hire services, including graders, rollers, TLBs, tipper trucks, water tankers, and excavators, for a period of 36 months with annual performance assessments. Additionally, the tender aims to facilitate the provision of civil engineering contractors for municipal road and stormwater construction and rehabilitation projects, as well as to support property rate rebates for specific categories such as pensioners, disabled persons, child-headed families, and property owners in line with municipal policies.
