  • Capacity and capability evidenced by company profile, organogram, and CVs of staff, showing ability to handle legal disbursements (minimum R20,000 per matter).
  • Legal practitioners must be members of the relevant Legal Practise Council and in good standing.
  • Provision of affidavits from partners/directors confirming the ability to carry disbursements and other legal support capacity.
