Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure and supply original, new ICT consumables to Transnet Port Terminals (TPT). The consumables are intended for operational, administrative, and remote tasks performed by TPT executives, ensuring reliable and compatible equipment for communication, transportation, and workstation setup.

Scope

The scope of work includes the supply and delivery of the following ICT consumables:

• Wireless stereo Bluetooth headsets suitable for enterprise communication and virtual collaboration.
• Backpacks designed for secure transportation and protection of laptops up to 15.6 inches, with multiple compartments and ergonomic features.
• Ethernet adapters supporting Gigabit speeds for enterprise wired network connectivity.
• Ergonomic mouse pads with gel wrist support for prolonged computer use.
• Adjustable stands for ergonomic workstation setups supporting laptops from 11 to 17 inches.
• Wireless wide-area network (WWAN) adapters supporting 4G LTE connectivity with multiple antenna interfaces for mobile broadband access.

Skills Requirements

Service providers must demonstrate the following skills and capabilities:

• Proven experience in supplying ICT consumables and related equipment.
• Technical expertise in the installation, configuration, and support of wireless and wired network devices.
• Ability to supply original, high-quality, and compliant ICT products.
• Knowledge of ergonomic workstation equipment and mobile broadband solutions.
• Capacity to provide timely delivery and after-sales support.
• Compliance with environmental standards, especially regarding environmentally conscious materials.
