Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to supply Adobe Licences to KwaDukuza Municipality, ensuring the municipality has the necessary software licenses to support its operations.

Scope

The scope of the tender includes the procurement and delivery of Adobe Licences as specified in the tender documentation. Bidders are expected to provide the required licences in accordance with the specifications and requirements outlined by the municipality.

Technical Requirements

• Provision of Adobe Licences compliant with the specifications provided by KwaDukuza Municipality.
• Sealed submission of quotes, endorsed appropriately, and submitted in the designated closed quote box.
• Adherence to the submission deadline: not later than 12h00 on 28 May 2026.
• Proof of compliance with relevant legislation, including proof of local address, municipal service payments, and registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Submission of necessary documentation such as proof of address, municipal rates and taxes status, and confirmation of non-arrears for municipal services.

Skills and Requirements

• Understanding of municipal procurement procedures and compliance with Regulation 18 of the Municipal Supply Chain Management Policy.
• Ability to provide valid proof of local address within KwaDukuza Municipality, such as municipal utility bills or affidavits.
• Capability to demonstrate compliance with legislation and municipal requirements, including municipal rates and service payments.
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Screening in accordance with the National Treasury’s Defaulters Database.
• Provision of relevant documentation and proof to substantiate claims related to specific goals and local compliance.
• Attention to detail in bid submission, including sealing and endorsing documents correctly.
