Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to engage professional engineering services for the design and monitoring of the installation of civil engineering services in Vistarus, Bethelsdorp, covering a total of 570 sites. The services aim to ensure the proper planning, design, and supervision of civil infrastructure to support development projects within the specified area.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Designing civil engineering services for the designated sites in Vistarus, Bethelsdorp.
• Monitoring the installation process of these civil engineering services to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
• Providing professional engineering oversight throughout the project duration.

The scope also encompasses related activities such as site assessments, technical evaluations, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements specify that the service provider must:

• Possess relevant experience in civil engineering design and project monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with municipal and national engineering standards.
• Provide detailed design documentation and monitoring reports.
• Coordinate effectively with municipal authorities and other stakeholders.
• Attend compulsory clarification meetings scheduled for 30 June 2026 at Pieter Rademeyer Hall, Kariega.
• Complete the project within a validity period of 90 days from the award date.
