Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure a subscription license for the NI ECM Software Suite for the CSIR, enabling the organization to enhance its document and content management capabilities through a reliable and compliant software solution.

Scope

The scope includes the provision of a 12-month subscription license for the NI ECM Software Suite as detailed in Annexure A. The procurement covers licensing, associated documentation, and compliance with specified technical and administrative requirements. The tender also encompasses evaluation, selection, and contractual obligations related to the software provision.

Technical Requirements

• Provision of a subscription license for the NI ECM Software Suite valid for 12 months as per Annexure A.
• Compliance with the detailed specifications outlined in the tender documentation and Annexure A.
• Submission of all mandatory returnable documents, including signed forms and declarations (e.g., SBD forms, NDA, preference points forms).
• Adherence to the evaluation criteria, including technical compliance and preference points system.
• Use of the prescribed pricing schedule and submission via email within specified size limits.
• Provision of proof of tax compliance and registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).

Skills Requirements

• Ability to provide and support NI ECM Software Suite licenses as specified.
• Knowledge of compliance and administrative documentation, including completion of mandatory forms and declarations.
• Understanding of procurement procedures, evaluation criteria, and preference points system.
• Technical competence in software licensing and content management solutions.
• Effective communication skills for clarifications and submission of proposals via email.
• Capability to ensure confidentiality and data protection as per the Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement and POPI Act requirements.
