The primary objective of this tender is to develop workplace operational safety management protocols for the Community Services Department of the Greater Tzaneen Municipality. This includes conducting a detailed assessment, creating division-specific, legally compliant, and operationally practical safety protocols, and developing step-by-step safe work procedures for critical tasks across various divisions.
