Bid documents can be obtained from the Supply Chain Management Unit, 1ST floor, Plein Street , Stellenbosch 08h00 and 15:00. A non-refundable fee of R50-00 is payable to Stellenbosch Municipality. Alternatively, the bid documents can be downloaded from our website at www.stellenbosch.gov.za by following the Supply Chain Management link.

The primary objective of this tender is to procure a comprehensive Weighbridge Management system that ensures accurate weight measurement, efficient data recording, and seamless integration with existing infrastructure to support operational efficiency and reporting requirements.
The scope of the tender includes the supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of weighbridge management solutions. This encompasses hardware components such as weighbridges and related sensors, as well as software for data management, reporting, and system integration.
