The primary objective of this tender is to procure internet connection services at the Phuthaditjhaba Office to ensure reliable, high-speed, and business-grade internet connectivity across multiple locations, including main offices and water treatment plants. The service aims to support the municipality’s operational needs with a minimum uptime of 90% and response times not exceeding 1 hour, on a contractual basis of at least 12 months.
The scope encompasses the provision of internet connectivity to various sites within the municipality, including:
Each site requires uncapped internet with specified minimum and maximum speeds, on a minimum 12-month contract, ensuring continuous, business-grade connectivity compliant with legal and regulatory standards (e.g., POPIA, RICA).
