The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a panel of qualified service providers to deliver buildings repairs and maintenance services at various ARC sites over a period of five (5) years on an ad hoc basis. The aim is to ensure the upkeep and structural integrity of ARC infrastructure through a maximum of ten (10) service providers per cluster/site, covering a broad scope of structural repairs, roof replacements, waterproofing, and related activities.
The scope encompasses a comprehensive range of building repair and maintenance activities, including but not limited to:

Service providers must demonstrate the ability to perform day-to-day general building repairs and specific activities linked to structural maintenance. Key technical requirements include:
