NATIONAL HOME BUILDERS REGISTRATION COUNCIL INVITES TENDERS FOR APPOINTMENT OF A SUITABLY QUALIFIED
SERVICE PROVIDER TO PROVIDE GARDENING SERVICES AT THE NHBRC HEAD OFFICES (SUNNINGHILL) FOR A PERIOD
OF THIRTY SIX (36) MONTHS (THREE YEARS).
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 1SH or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who N/A.
Only tenderers who :
Submitted their responses/quotations to [email protected] together with the following documents:
- A summary quote on your company’s letterhead;
- A comprehensive CSD report;
- A completed RFQ/Tender Document (including Form of Offer and Acceptance) in full;
- Proof of valid Competency Certification/License for Herbicide/Pest-Control Handling issued by National Department of Agriculture;
- Equipment Capability: Provide list of working equipment with pictures;
- Valid proof of registration with CIDB on grading designation of 1SH or higher (attach proof)
- Proof of Valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing in Gardening Services/ Landscape issued by Department of Labour
- Provide three valid reference letters on letter head of the client with company logo, signed by client's authorised representative,
indicating start and end date of contract, scope of work, as well as value of contract. The letters should not be older than five years;
- Provide CVs of key staff with contact details (On-site Gardener and Supervisor); and
- Are registered on National Treasury's Central Supplier Database (CSD).
- A maximum of 20 points will be awarded to a tenderer for the specific goal specified for the RFQ.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at NHBRC Head Offices, 27 Leeuwkop Road,
Sunninghill, Randburg. on 15 June 2026 starting at 11h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 11h00 on Friday, June 26, 2026.
Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
