Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to supply and deliver a Quick DNA Miniprep Plus Kit (50 units) to the NHLS Universitas Microbiology Department in Bloemfontein. The procurement aims to ensure the department has the necessary resources to perform DNA extraction for diagnostic and research purposes, specifically for procedures such as tracheal bronchial lavage, aspiration, and swabs.

• Provision of 50 units of the Quick DNA Miniprep Plus Kit.
• Supply and delivery to the NHLS Universitas Microbiology Department in Bloemfontein.

Technical Requirements

Skills Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in supplying laboratory kits and consumables to public health laboratories.
• Provision of qualified personnel, including:
• At least two (2) Supply Chain Management (SCM) consultants (junior level).
• One (1) Project Manager or SCM Consultant (middle level).
• Capability to prepare and submit comprehensive project plans, including methodology and technical approach.
• Ability to provide references and evidence of past similar contracts.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory and quality standards applicable to laboratory consumables.
