Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure a supplier capable of providing and delivering stationery items to Bethesda Hospital, including items such as envelopes, files, folders, pens, and other related stationery supplies, in accordance with specified standards and requirements.

Scope

The scope encompasses the supply and delivery of various stationery products to Bethesda Hospital located in KwaZulu-Natal. The procurement covers items such as envelopes, files, dividers, ring binders, pens, pockets, and other stationery items, with specified quantities and detailed specifications. The contract is a once-off procurement, with a validity period of 90 days from the date of advertisement.

Technical Requirements

• All stationery items must conform to the detailed specifications provided in the annexure, including size, material, colour, and quality standards.
• Items such as envelopes, files, dividers, ring files, pens, and pockets must meet the specified dimensions and quality standards.
• Suppliers must provide samples if required, and ensure products are compliant with the specifications attached.
• All items must be new, unused, and of the most recent models, free from defects.
• Delivery must be made to Bethesda Hospital’s designated delivery point within the agreed timeframe.
• Quotes must include VAT where applicable, and prices must be firm and valid for 90 days.

Skills Requirements

• Ability to supply and deliver stationery items that meet detailed technical specifications and quality standards.
• Capacity to provide samples and documentation demonstrating compliance with specifications.
• Efficient logistics and delivery skills to ensure timely receipt at Bethesda Hospital.
