The primary objectives of this tender are to ensure the preparation of fully GRAP-compliant Annual Financial Statements (AFS) for the Municipality, improve the quality and credibility of financial reporting, achieve an unqualified audit opinion from the Auditor-General of South Africa (AGSA), and strengthen internal capacity through skills transfer to Umdoni Municipality staff.
