The primary objective of this tender is to procure the supply, development, customization, delivery, and implementation of an Expected Credit Loss (ECL) model in accordance with GRAP 104 for the financial year ending 30 June 2026. The goal is to enhance the municipality's financial reporting and risk assessment capabilities through a compliant and effective ECL model.
