The primary objective of this tender is to procure and supply electrical power components and accessories necessary for the safe and reliable connection of power to critical infrastructure within the Vaalputs Mini Server Room. This includes supporting the operation of four UPS units, two air-conditioning systems, and associated ICT infrastructure, ensuring the facility's power supply is maintained efficiently and securely.
The scope encompasses the supply and delivery of electrical power components suitable for a server room environment. The components will be delivered to the specified destination at 3 Basson Street, Marius Springbok, Northern Cape. The procurement covers items such as circuit breakers, copper wiring, isolators, sockets, trunking, conduit pipes, flexible tubing, and other accessories necessary for power distribution and management in the Vaalputs Mini Server Room.
The appointed supplier must ensure that all components are compatible with the environment and support the operational requirements of ICT infrastructure and associated equipment.
All components must be suitable for use in a server room environment, supporting safe power distribution, and compliant with relevant standards.
