Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure 2,500 units of unisex "Road to Health Charts" (Boy/Girl) for use in registering newborns at Port Shepstone Regional Hospital. Scope

The scope includes the supply and delivery of the specified "Road to Health Chart" booklets, conforming to detailed technical specifications, within a period of two weeks from the date of award. Technical Requirements

• Book must be a "Road to Health Chart" in A5 size.
• Unisex design suitable for both boys and girls.
• Printed in full colour on both sides using 128gsm matte paper throughout, including the cover.
• Cover must be Mongani Matt 300 GSM in green, with full colour printing of coats of arms and title.
• Binding: Saddle stitch, folded and trimmed to size.
• Sequence numbering included in the booklet.
• Packaged in boxes of 200 units, all items boxed.
• Delivery timeframe: within 2 weeks from the date of contract signing.
• Optional: Supplier must provide a sole supplier letter.
• Accurate registration features are essential.
• Shelf life of the product must be at least 12 months.
