Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure and supply printing materials, including various registers, appointment books, and related documentation, to support the health services at Gamalakhe CHC. The aim is to ensure the availability of standardized, quality printed materials necessary for effective health record management, TB monitoring, and patient appointment scheduling.

Scope

The scope encompasses the supply and delivery of specified printing materials such as:

• MDR TB registers and charts
• Appointment registers for clinical conditions
• TB summary and contact registers
• Other related health record materials as detailed in the specifications

The materials are to be supplied in accordance with the detailed specifications, standards, and quality requirements outlined in the tender documents, and delivered to Gamalakhe CHC within the contractual period.

Technical Requirements

• Materials must conform to the specifications provided, including size (e.g., A4), color (e.g., yellow, blue), and content (e.g., TB registers, appointment books).
• Printed materials should meet the quality standards specified, including durability and clarity.
• Samples of the materials must be available for viewing upon request.
• All items must be compliant with relevant South African standards (SABS/SANS) and specifications attached in the tender.
• Materials must be delivered in the packaging and units specified (e.g., units, boxes).
• Delivery must be timely, adhering to the agreed schedule, with proper documentation.
