The primary objective of this tender is to secure renewal, subscription, and support services for the SysAid System Software for a period of twelve (12) months. The aim is to ensure the continued availability, support, and enhancement of Iziko's ICT Service Management environment, which manages incidents, service requests, assets, change management, patch management, remote support, reporting, and workflow automation.
