The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a reputable and experienced service provider to offer technical support, configuration, and integration services. Specifically, the goal is to ensure seamless alignment between the EBSCON printer used for printing asset numbers and the SAGE Evolution ERP system employed by the Council for Medical Schemes (CMS).
The scope of work includes providing support and configuration services to facilitate integration between the EBSCON printer and SAGE Evolution system for asset number printing. The appointed service provider will be responsible for technical support, system configuration, and ensuring effective communication between the hardware and software systems used for asset management.
