Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure services for the provision of a 3 Tier Virtual Environment at Majuba TVET College for a period of five (5) years. Additionally, the tender seeks to secure internet services and endpoint security solutions to enhance the college's IT infrastructure and security posture.

Scope

The scope of the tender encompasses the following services:

• Provision of Internet Services at Majuba TVET College for five years.
• Provision of a 3 Tier Virtual Environment at the college for five years.
• Provision of Endpoint Protection and XDR Security Solution for five years.

Each service includes attending compulsory site meetings, submitting proposals, and adhering to specified deadlines and requirements as outlined in the tender documents.

Technical Requirements

The technical specifications include:

• Provision of reliable Internet connectivity to the college campus.
• Implementation of a 3 Tier Virtual Environment, details of which are specified in the tender document.
• Deployment of Endpoint Protection and Extended Detection and Response (XDR) Security Solutions, with virtual meeting participation via Microsoft Teams.
