The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider to supply helicopter services for aerial census operations at Karoo National Park. The services include wildlife monitoring, rhino notching operations, and related conservation management activities.
The scope involves providing a Small Turbine Engine Helicopter (STEH) along with an experienced pilot to conduct aerial census activities over Karoo National Park for a period of two months. The helicopter must be equipped with communication systems, support wildlife darting operations, and facilitate accurate survey transects and real-time species observations.
