The primary objective of this tender is to establish a panel of attorneys to provide external legal services to the Moses Kotane Research Institute (MKRI) for a period of 36 months. Technical Requirements

Applicants must meet the following technical criteria:

  • Legal Practice Council registration as required by the Legal Practice Act of 2014.
  • Right of appearance in the High Court of South Africa.
  • Minimum of five years post-admission legal experience.
  • Experience and qualifications in corporate law are advantageous.
  • Proposed legal personnel must be based in KwaZulu-Natal.

Mandatory compliance includes adherence to the Legal Practice Act of 2014 and proof of registration with the Legal Practice Council.

Skills Requirements

Applicants should demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in civil and labour law, supported by reference letters (minimum of five) issued within the last ten years.
