The primary objective of this tender is to establish a panel of attorneys to provide external legal services to the Moses Kotane Research Institute (MKRI) for a period of 36 months. The legal services will mainly focus on litigation in civil and labour matters, supporting MKRI in legal proceedings as required.
The scope of work includes:
The appointed attorneys will operate on a fixed hourly rate of R1380.00 (inclusive of VAT), excluding disbursements and expert fees. The legal providers will report directly to the Manager of Legal Services or delegated personnel within MKRI.
Applicants must meet the following technical criteria:
Mandatory compliance includes adherence to the Legal Practice Act of 2014 and proof of registration with the Legal Practice Council.
