Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified Electrical Contractor responsible for the assessment and certification of electrical installations across various properties. The contractor will ensure that all electrical systems comply with relevant safety standards and regulations, providing certification that confirms their safety and operational integrity.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of existing electrical installations within designated properties.
• Performing necessary testing and inspections to verify compliance with safety standards.

• Documentation and reporting of all assessments and certifications.

The properties covered include various passenger service counters, offices, lounges, baggage counters, storerooms, and other facilities within the airport premises, as detailed in the property list.

Technical Requirements

The contractor must:
