Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider capable of delivering medical surveillance services to the Department of Water and Sanitation: Eastern Operations. The services are to be provided as and when required over a period of 24 months, ensuring the health and safety of employees through effective medical monitoring and related services.

Scope

The scope encompasses the provision of comprehensive medical surveillance services, which may include health assessments, screenings, medical examinations, and related support activities. The services are to be delivered on an as-needed basis throughout the 24-month contract period, supporting the department's health and safety requirements.

Technical Requirements
