Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to establish a Panel of Suppliers capable of providing a wide range of promotional materials to enhance the recognizability and branding of the Construction Education and Training Authority (CETA). The selected suppliers will support activities such as project launches, learner graduations, career exhibitions, and corporate events, thereby promoting CETA’s brand and mandate.

Scope

The scope encompasses the supply of various branded promotional items and signage, including but not limited to:

• Certificates, gift bags, signage (pylons, banners, wall banners, tablecloths)
• Clocks, carpets, gift boxes, folders, calendars, podium covers, chairs, gazebos, ribbons
• Stationery, keyrings, USB sticks, backpacks, headgear, T-shirts, notebooks, pens, highlighters, notepads
• Branded PPE such as hardhats, reflector bibs, and safety vests
• Digital components like programmable screens, VR goggles, portable mouses, and digital measuring tapes

The items will be used across various events and must be branded with CETA logos and partner logos where applicable. The quantities are indicative and may vary based on demand.

Technical Requirements

Suppliers must:

• Provide items branded with the CETA logo and partner logos, maintaining consistent sizing and branding standards
• Ensure all items meet specified sizes, colors, and quality standards (e.g., full-color logos, durable materials)
• Submit samples during the ordering process for approval
• Deliver items in accordance with the specified sizes, colors, and branding requirements
• Ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality standards, including warranties where applicable
• Adhere to health and safety standards for items like PPE

Skills and Capabilities Requirements

Bidder must demonstrate:

• Experience in supplying high-volume promotional materials and signage
• Proven ability to deliver branded items with high-quality printing and manufacturing standards
• Capability to produce a diverse range of promotional items, including digital components and PPE
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple orders
• Design and creative skills to produce artwork, drafts, and branding visuals in line with CETA’s CI manual
• Qualified personnel with relevant experience, including project managers and graphic designers (minimum qualifications and experience specified in the bid)
• Capacity for quality control, sample approval, and adherence to branding guidelines
• Ability to provide references and a portfolio of previous relevant work
