The primary objective of this tender is to procure an eDiscovery solution that meets the City of Cape Town’s requirements for electronic discovery and data management over a contract period of 36 months. The solution aims to facilitate efficient, secure, and compliant handling of electronic data for legal and investigative purposes.
The scope encompasses the supply, implementation, and support of an eDiscovery system, including all necessary hardware, software, and services to ensure effective data collection, processing, review, and management. The tender also covers related contractual obligations, compliance with legal and security standards, and integration with existing systems as required.
