The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified contractor to carry out minor refurbishment works at Bellair Station within the Old Mainline in KwaZulu Natal. The refurbishment aims to upgrade and improve the station facilities over a 12-week construction period.
The scope includes minor refurbishment activities at Bellair Station, which may involve carpentry, ceilings, roofing, ironmongery, metalwork, painting, external works, plumbing, electrical work, signage, and other related tasks as detailed in the tender documents. The work is to be completed within a 12-week timeframe, with site inspections and briefings conducted at Bellair Station.
