EFFLUENT DISTRIBUTION WATER INFRASTRUCTURE TO ZONES 3, 5, 6, 7 AND 9 OF THE COEGA SEZ – PHASE 3
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 8CE or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who comply with CDC’s Procurement Policy & Procedures shall apply.
Only tenderers who have 90/10 preference points system in terms of Price and Specific goals scoring will be applicable where
maximum points of 90.00 is for Price and maximum points of 10 is for Specific Goals are eligible to submit tenders.
A non-refundable tender deposit of R1,500.00 payable by proof of deposit is required on collection of the Tender documents.
In case a bidder prefers to purchase a physical bid document, the Bidder must make a request in writing only and must be directed to:

written request during working hours (8am – 4:30pm) from the CDC’s Main Office, situated at Coega Business Centre, Cnr Alcyon Rd
and Zibuko Street, Zone 1, Coega SEZ, Gqeberha from 12h00 on 10 July 2026 at a non-refundable bid fee of R 1 500.00 per set of bid
documents, payable by electronic transfer to: Account Name: CDC; Standard Bank; Port Elizabeth; Branch Code: 000017; Account No.:
0000 08000 8224. Bidders are required to use the Contract Number for this bid (CDC/323/26) as the reference. Proof of deposit is
required upon collection of the bid documents. NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at Coega BPO Auditorium, Discovery Building,
136 Tutu Street, Zone 4, Coega SEZ, Gqeberha on 20 July 2026 starting at 10h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 12h00 on Monday, August 17, 2026.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
