Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure services for the unloading of reactors at PetroSA's GTL Refinery in Mossel Bay. The aim is to ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant unloading process, adhering to PetroSA’s standards and requirements.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Unloading of reactors at PetroSA GTL Refinery, Mossel Bay.
• Provision of all necessary services, equipment, and support as detailed in Sections 4 and 5 of the Draft Service Agreement.
• Supporting documentation and proof of technical competence from sister companies if applicable.
• Potential subcontracting, with specific requirements for subcontracting percentages and BBBEE compliance.
• Participation in site inspections and clarification meetings as scheduled.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements include:

• Adherence to the detailed scope outlined in the Draft Service Agreement.
• Provision of supporting documentation demonstrating technical competence.
• Compliance with PetroSA’s health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Participation in scope clarification and site inspection sessions.
• Provision of a BBBEE improvement plan and compliance with BBBEE procurement policies.
• Submission of a subcontracting agreement or letter of intent if subcontracting is involved.

Skills Requirements

The tenderer must demonstrate:

• Technical capability and experience in reactor unloading operations.
• Ability to provide all necessary equipment and support services.
• Compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Experience in working on PetroSA sites or similar industrial environments.
• Capacity to manage subcontractors and demonstrate BBBEE compliance.
• Ability to provide supporting documentation and proof of competence.
