The primary objective of this tender is to procure training services for panelists on Competency Based Interviewing. The aim is to enhance the interviewing skills of panelists through specialized training, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary competencies to conduct effective interviews.
The scope of the tender includes the provision of training on Competency Based Interviewing for designated panelists. It encompasses the development and delivery of training sessions, ensuring participants acquire the relevant skills and knowledge. The scope may also involve preparatory assessments, training materials, and post-training evaluations to measure effectiveness.
