Technical Requirements

• Perform a thorough major service on the Kitchen Mercator as specified in the attached annexure and specification forms.
• Ensure compliance with the detailed specifications, including size, colour, material, and quality standards.
• Samples must be made available upon written request for inspection.
• Adhere to quality standards and ensure the equipment meets the specified standards.
• Provide all necessary documentation, including operations and maintenance manuals, and ensure proper packing and delivery as per contractual requirements.
• Complete all inspection, testing, and analysis requirements as specified.
