Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to supply and deliver pharmacy uniforms, specifically staff uniforms for pharmacy staff at Mbongolwane Hospital, KwaZulu-Natal. The aim is to procure quality uniforms that meet specified standards and specifications, ensuring staff are appropriately attired for their professional duties.

Scope

The scope of the tender includes:

• Supply and delivery of pharmacy staff uniforms, including various sizes of white lab coats (male and female) and navy blue scrubs sets (small, medium, large, X-large).
• Provision of samples for scrubs sets for evaluation.
• Delivery of uniforms to Mbongolwane Hospital’s SCM/MBONGOLWANE department.
• Completion of the contract on a once-off basis, with a validity period of 90 days for the quotation.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements specify that:

• Uniforms must conform to the specifications provided, including sizes and types (lab coats and scrubs sets).
• Samples of scrubs sets must be provided upon request for evaluation.
• Uniforms must meet the relevant S.A.N.S. / S.A.B.S. standards and specifications.
• All uniforms should be new, unused, and of the most recent models, with no defects.
• Uniforms must be delivered within the agreed timeframe, with the delivery period specified by the bidder.
