Objectives

Scope

The scope includes the invitation, submission, evaluation, and awarding of quotations for the supply of specified surgical items, including:

• Medicine teaspoons (clear plastic)
• Wooden tongue depressors
• Foley catheters of various sizes (12fg, 14fg, 16fg, 18fg, 5ml silicone)

The procurement covers quantities as specified, with delivery to East Boom CHC, and adherence to technical and quality standards outlined in the specifications. The contract period is once-off, with a validity of 90 days for quotations.

Technical Requirements
