Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure adjustable stretcher beds that meet specified standards and requirements for use at Gamalakhe Community Health Center. Scope

Technical Requirements

The technical specifications for the stretcher beds include:

• Epoxy coated mesh platform with air assistance and backrest adjustable to 0-45 degrees.
• Height adjustable from 460mm to 850mm with hydraulic height adjustments, including IV poles, oxygen bottle holder, and rotating wheels with buffers.
• Hydraulic foot pedal-controlled Hi-Lo tilting with gas spring assistance, backrest adjustable by gas spring, and bumper guard rails.
• Collapsible side rails, utility storage tray, and mattress with cover.
• Safe working load of 180 kg, overall length of 2110mm, width of 770mm, height range 600-920mm, backrest angle 0-87°, Trendelenburg 0-12°, reverse Trendelenburg 0-12°.
• Dual ergonomic push/pull handles, dual-sided foot pedals for Hi-Lo adjustment.
• Integral folding stainless steel safety sides, storage for medical gas cylinders, and storage for patient belongings.
• Central brake/steer castor system with corner activation, lever-operated Trendelenburg tilt, and full-length radiolucent mattress platform.
• Compliance with specified quality standards and inclusion of necessary accessories like IV poles and mattress.
