The primary objective of this tender is to establish a 5-year contract with a SAQCC-registered contractor to perform routine and non-routine maintenance of fire protection systems at Durbanville and Bella Rosa Offices. The goal is to ensure reliable, fully functional fire safety systems that comply with relevant standards, regulations, and safety policies, thereby minimizing downtime and enhancing safety performance.
The scope encompasses comprehensive maintenance, inspection, testing, and repair of fire protection systems including:
The contractor shall also provide detailed reports, certificates, and maintain safety and operational documentation throughout the contract period.
The successful contractor must demonstrate technical competence, compliance with standards and legislation, and a robust quality management system. They must be SAQCC-registered, capable of delivering scheduled maintenance activities, and maintain comprehensive documentation. The contractor’s team should possess the necessary skills, qualifications, and experience to ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards are met throughout the contract duration.
