The primary objective of this tender is to procure services for sampling condoms and conducting related testing over a period of 12 months. The service provider will ensure sampling and testing are performed according to specified standards and guidelines, including SANS 4074:2017, WHO 2010, and SANS 2859-1:2004, to ensure product quality and compliance.
