Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to supply and deliver Tubi Grip in sizes E, B, and F, as specified in the procurement documentation. The goal is to procure quality elastic support bandages that meet the detailed specifications and standards outlined by Madadeni Hospital, ensuring the hospital's needs for support bandages are met efficiently and effectively.

Scope

The scope of the tender includes:

• Supply and delivery of 150 rolls of Tubi Grip in sizes E, B, and F.
• Provision of products that conform to the detailed specifications, including size, material, color, and quality standards.
• Delivery to Madadeni Hospital's Stores, within the specified contract period (once-off).
• Adherence to all technical, quality, and packaging requirements as specified in the tender documents.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements for the supply include:

• Size E: Circumference range 24-28cm, width approximately 8.75cm, length 10 meters, color beige, made of cotton and elastodiene containing natural rubber latex.
• Size B: Circumference range 13-20cm, width about 6.25cm, length typically 1 meter or full rolls of 10 meters, made of cotton elastodiene, providing 2-way stretch and delivering light compression (10-15 mm Hg).
• Size F: Flat width 4 inches (10cm), color natural, made of cotton with covered elastic threads, providing 10-15 mm Hg compression.
• Products must meet the specified quality standards, including compliance with relevant standards and specifications attached in the annexure.
• Samples must be made available upon request, and products must be valid for a minimum of six months from delivery.
• All products must be packaged appropriately to prevent damage during transit.
