Successful bidders must deliver and activate all equipment and associated licenses within thirty days of the purchase order. • Accessories: Must meet defined physical and functional standards, including specific backpack dimensions, smart charging capabilities for power banks, seamless Type-C to Gigabit POE adapters, and dual-sensor noise-cancelling wireless headphones.
• Warranty & Documentation: All items require a three-year ProSupport Onsite Next Business Day warranty. Bidders must submit datasheets or SKU references to prove full compliance, and pricing must align precisely with the provided schedule.
